Terms of Service
Zenvori is an AI receptionist service provided by Galaxy Gleam Media. By purchasing or using Zenvori, you agree to these terms.
Service
Zenvori can answer calls, collect information, send summaries, transfer calls, and—on eligible plans—support appointment booking. AI systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration, testing your receptionist before forwarding production calls, and keeping your business information current.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. The current setup fee, included minutes, and overage rate are displayed at checkout. Additional connected minutes are billed at the stated overage rate. Taxes may apply. If a subscription payment fails or becomes past due, Zenvori may provide a grace period of up to four calendar days before pausing call answering, transfers, booking, summaries, and related services until payment is brought current.
Setup and launch
After payment and onboarding submission, Zenvori manually configures your receptionist, including greeting, business knowledge, call handling rules, transfer logic, summary destinations, and eligible booking workflows. Your receptionist should be tested and approved before production call forwarding is relied upon.
Customer responsibilities
You must have the right to provide all scripts, business information, phone numbers, calendars, and customer data used with the service. You may not use Zenvori for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, emergency, or high-risk medical, legal, or financial decision-making.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenvori and Galaxy Gleam Media are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue from missed or mishandled calls.
