Cancellation & Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel before your next renewal by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; service remains available through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Setup fees
Setup fees cover onboarding, configuration, testing, and launch work. Once configuration work begins, setup fees are non-refundable.
Monthly charges and usage
Monthly subscription charges, used service periods, phone usage, and overage charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next monthly charge.
Service problems
If you believe a charge is incorrect or the service was not delivered as described, contact us within seven days so we can investigate and work toward a fair resolution.
